AI Adoption, Governance, and Workflow Planning for Business

Next review due:

AI should solve a defined business problem without giving away control of your information or decisions. Start with the workflow you want to improve, the data it uses, and the actions a person must still approve.

Find an appropriate first use

Choose a task with clear inputs, a reviewable output, and an accountable owner. Consider whether a simpler rule or integration can solve it before adding a language model. Establish a baseline so you can measure time, quality, and the cost of review.

Explore the Knowledge Hub guides on starting with AI, measuring AI ROI, and practical examples for law, accounting, and financial firms. These examples illustrate possible uses; they are not claims of completed Blue Tree Technology® implementations or measured customer results.

Set the rules before connecting the tools

Decide which products and account types are approved, what information may be used, and who can enable connections to email, files, CRM, or other business systems. Require human review for consequential decisions and actions.

Use the AI acceptable-use policy guide and the business AI security risks and controls guide to frame that discussion. Review the difference between a service's data-training policy and its broader retention, access, and contractual terms.

Define exactly what delivery includes

Training, policy advice, configuration, integration, custom development, deployment, and ongoing workflow support are different services. Do not assume they are all included in an AI engagement or an existing managed IT fee.

Ask Blue Tree Technology® to confirm the delivery scope it can support for your proposed workflow, including work performed by any partners. A written proposal should identify the implementation owner, approved tools, access boundaries, acceptance tests, human approvals, and responsibilities after launch.

Plan for operation, not just a demonstration

A successful prototype needs a support model before employees depend on it. Decide who monitors errors, handles vendor changes, adjusts access, and stops the process when something is wrong. Include maintenance and review in the business case.

Start a focused conversation

Bring one process, its current steps, approximate volume, data restrictions, and the result you want. Do not send confidential client records or credentials through a general contact form.

Schedule a discovery conversation with Blue Tree Technology® to discuss the use case and confirm whether planning, training, configuration, implementation, or ongoing support is appropriate. Specific capabilities, platforms, pricing, and commitments must be established in the proposed scope rather than inferred from this educational overview.
